As Duty Manager, you’ll take ownership of shifts, ensuring the team is organised, motivated and focused on delivering a seamless guest experience. You’ll balance operational awareness with hands-on leadership, responding quickly to challenges while maintaining high standards throughout service.

Your day-to-day:

· Leading and managing shifts effectively

· Briefing and supporting the front of house team before and during service

· Monitoring service standards, restaurant atmosphere and guest satisfaction

· Welcoming guests and ensuring they receive warm, confident and memorable hospitality

· Addressing guest questions, concerns and feedback promptly and professionally

· Supporting, coaching and motivating team members throughout the shift

· Managing reservations, walk-ins and table flow where needed

· Handling cash, card payments and end-of-shift processes accurately

· Ensuring food safety, health and safety and company procedures are followed at all times

· Helping create the vibrant, fun and memorable Cabana atmosphere every shift

What you’ll need:

· Supervisory experience within hospitality

· Strong organisational and communication skills

· Confidence leading in a busy, fast-paced environment

· A proactive and solutions-focused mindset

· A hands-on leadership style and the ability to stay calm under pressure

· A positive, outgoing personality and genuine passion for great service

· The ability to motivate, support and bring out the best in your team

· Reliability, flexibility to work days, evenings & weekends
