Chef De Partie Cabana Brasil is a Latin American–inspired grill and tropical cocktail bar in the heart of London — a celebration of fire, rhythm, flavour and escape. Inspired by the golden age of Rio de Janeiro in the 1950s, when samba spilled into the streets and Bossa Nova drifted through the night air, Cabana brings bold flavours, flame-grilled food, tropical cocktails and vibrant energy together in one unforgettable experience. That same spirit should be felt in every part of our service. Our core focus is simple: to lift people’s spirits and create memorable experiences.As Chef de Partie, you’ll combine technical skill with organisation and teamwork, ensuring dishes leave the kitchen exactly as they should. This is a role where pride in your craft, consistency and reliability truly matter. Your day-to-day:· Running your section confidently during service· Preparing and cooking dishes to Cabana specification with quality, consistency and pride· Working closely with the kitchen management team to keep service smooth and organised· Supporting and guiding junior kitchen team members· Maintaining excellent standards of food hygiene, health and safety, cleanliness and organisation· Following portion control, preparation and presentation standards to minimise waste and protect quality· Assisting with stock control, stock rotation, deliveries and monitoring stock levels· Ensuring ingredients are stored correctly and kept fresh· Caring for kitchen equipment and reporting maintenance or repair needs promptly· Supporting guest satisfaction by helping with feedback and special requests where needed What you’ll need:· Experience in a similar kitchen role· Confidence running a section during busy services· The ability to stay calm, organised and focused under pressure· A team-focused mindset and willingness to support others· Pride in consistency, presentation and doing things properly· Good understanding of food hygiene, health and safety standards· Reliability, flexibility to work days, evenings &amp; weekends · The ability to demonstrate Cabana’s values: We Love People, We Push Boundaries, We Are One Team and We Are ConfidentWhy join Cabana?• 50% staff discount• A great family atmosphere offering flexible working patterns• Amazing career progression opportunities• Fantastic training courses and state of the art training platform• Free staff food when on shift• Wagestream: Early access to earnt wages • Regular competitions and incentives • The usual benefits including pension scheme, 28 days holiday • Partnership with the Licensed Trade Charity
